We are a small studio. Email reaches a person, and we answer.

We aim to reply within two working days. Please include your device model and OS version —
it saves a round trip.
Report a bug
The more of this you can give us, the faster it gets fixed:
- Device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 26.2)
- App version — find it at the bottom of the app's settings screen
- What you did, what you expected, what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording if the problem is visual
Common questions
Prayer times look wrong for my area
First check the calculation method in prayer settings — different regions follow different conventions (ISNA, Muslim World League, Egyptian, Karachi), and the Asr calculation differs between the Hanafi and Shafi'i schools. If your community follows a local masjid's published timetable rather than a calculation, import that timetable instead and the app will use those exact times.
The app says location is required
Prayer times and the Qibla need to know where you are. Grant location access in your device settings under Muslims Hub, or skip it entirely by importing a masjid timetable — every other feature works without location.
The Qibla arrow is jumping around
That is the magnetometer, not the app. Move away from metal surfaces, laptops, magnetic phone mounts and MagSafe cases, then move the phone in a figure-eight to recalibrate the compass. Compass accuracy is a hardware limit we cannot work around in software.
Audio will not play, or stops when I lock the phone
Recitation audio streams from a public archive, so it needs a connection the first time. Download the surah from the audio manager and it will play offline afterwards. Playback continues when the screen is locked in continuous mode; if it stops, check that Muslims Hub is not restricted by Low Power Mode or a background-activity restriction.
How do I get my data onto a new phone?
Everything lives on the device and is included in your normal device backup (iCloud or Google), so restoring that backup onto a new phone brings your bookmarks, logs and settings with it. There is no account-based sync between two devices at the same time today. Tasbih sets can be moved individually with the share-as-code feature.
Arabic text is not rendering correctly
Try a different script and typeface combination in reader settings — Uthmani script pairs with Amiri Quran and KFGQPC Hafs, IndoPak pairs with PDMS Saleem. If a specific ayah renders wrongly in every combination, that is a data bug worth reporting; tell us the surah and ayah number.
How do I delete everything the app has stored?
Delete the app. All of its data lives inside its own storage on your device and goes with it. Nothing is held on any server, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
Is the iPad layout going to improve?
Yes. The current release runs on iPad but uses the iPhone layout stretched to the wider screen. A proper tablet layout is planned for a follow-up release.
Feature requests
Send them. We read every one, and several features in the app started as an email from someone using it. We cannot promise a timeline, but we will tell you honestly whether it is something we plan to build.
Reporting a content error
If you find a mistake in a translation, a transliteration, a dua reference or a calendar entry, please tell us and include the exact location — surah and ayah, or the dua title and category. Accuracy in this material matters more than anything else in the app, and content corrections go to the front of the queue.
